The Darkness - “Christmas Time (Don’t Let The Bells End)” (2003)
Do you like cocaine? Then I’ve got a Christmas song for you!

New Edition - “All I Want For Christmas (Is My Girl)” (1985)
For all of us REAL New Edition fans, this was the end. After the Christmas EP, New Edition kicked Bobby, the heart and soul of the group, to the curb. Apparently, he kept it too real.
The Gift Even Santa Can't Deliver
I think I’m late on this one but, in case you can’t decide on a Christmas gift for your woman, here’s a thoughtful stocking stuffer.

Alfred Apaka And The Hawaiian Village Serenaders - “Mele Kalikimaka”
Brrrr! It’s so cold in Los Angeles that I had to close my windows late last night. To warm things up a bit, let’s pretend we’re in Hawaii listening to Alfred Apaka performing his take on R. Alex Anderson’s potentially offensive, yet cute, haoli favorite. Get it? Mele Kalikimaka? That’s a white dude making fun of how a Hawaiian might pronounce Merry Christmas! Wakka wakka wikki ho!

Jacques Dutronc - La Fille Du Père Noël (1967)
Françoise Hardy is one cool French lady but I don’t think she has any Christmas songs. We’ll get by with one from her husband, Jacques Dutronc. He’s kinda cool too. My French is rusty but I believe he’s singing about getting it on with Santa’s daughter. Faites-la, Jacques. Faites-la!

Stryper - “Winter Wonderland” (1985)
Sunday is the day of the Lord so… I bring you 80’s Christian metal gods, Stryper. Who can resist a band with a color scheme?
Stryper and their color scheme:

Billy Idol - Jingle Bell Rock (2006)
I don’t know, man. I want to like Billy Idol’s Happy Holidays: A Very Special Christmas Album but it just makes me sad. The sticker on the cover that reads “The No. 1 Rebel Christmas Album” doesn’t help. Roger loves this album so maybe someone else will. Still way better than the Pac-Man Christmas song I almost posted today.

Quad City DJ’s - “What You Want For Christmas” (1996)
Oh, I love booty bass. Just hit play and thank me later.
Underground, Overground, Wombling Free
The Wombles - “Wombling Merry Christmas” (1974)
Everyone’s favorite UK children’s television band, The Wombles, made it all the way up the charts to #2 with their Christmas single. I think Barry White was #1 so don’t get bent out of shape over it. You can’t top Barry either.
